Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. Delivery Schedule For guaranteed same day delivery in Whitstable, Herne Bay and Canterbury, orders must be place by 11am. National Deliveries (England, Wales, Scotland) orders must be place by 1pm for delivery within 48 hours. No deliveries can be made on Saturday, Sunday or UK Bank Holidays In the event of the recipient not being a home a the time of delivery, Business Post are instructed to either leave the parcel with a neighbour or return it to the depot having placed a card through the door informing the recipient that they have called and to telephone to arrange another call by the driver. Experience has shown that on some occasions, it is more convenient to send the flowers to a business address (funeral directors where applicable) as deliveries are made during office hours (usually 8am to 6pm) we are unable to specify timed deliveries. Please note Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and outlaying Scottish Islands are not currently available through this service. We can arrange delivery for these areas via Flower World, please call us for further details.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included.

Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer.
